These Easy Creamy Diploma Roll-Up Finger Sandwiches are a quick, flavorful, and festive finger food perfect for graduation parties and celebrations. They feature a creamy herb filling rolled in soft flour tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pieces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10-inch flour tortillas (soft and fresh)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz deli turkey or ham slices (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Place one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of the creamy filling over the entire surface, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
  4. If using deli meat, layer 2-3 slices evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log, ensuring the filling stays inside. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate the wrapped roll-ups for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch thick rounds. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for easy spreading. Wrap roll-ups tightly before chilling to maintain shape. Chill for at least 1 hour for best slicing results. Use a serrated knife or chill your knife before slicing to prevent squishing. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge up to 24 hours. Not recommended to freeze.
