A quick and easy homemade summer drink blending strawberries, mango, and lemonade into a refreshing frozen slush perfect for hot days and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (165g) mango, diced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (240ml) lemonade, preferably fresh-squeezed or natural brand
  • 1 cup (120g) ice cubes
  • 12 tablespoons (15-30ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit: wash, hull, and dice fresh strawberries and mango into roughly 1-inch pieces. For frozen fruit, no need to thaw.
  2. Place 1 cup strawberries and 1 cup diced mango into the blender jar.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of lemonade over the fruit.
  4. Add about 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Add 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  6. Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute until thick and slushy. Pause and scrape down sides if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust texture by adding more lemonade if too thick or more ice/frozen fruit if too thin.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint leaves or a lemon slice if desired.

Notes

Use frozen fruit to achieve the best icy slush texture without watering down the drink. Adjust sweetness gradually. For a creamier texture, add vanilla frozen yogurt or Greek yogurt. To prepare ahead, blend fruit and ice first, then stir in lemonade just before serving.
