A cozy and refreshing fall drink featuring a light and airy maple pumpkin cold foam atop smooth iced cold brew coffee, perfect for capturing autumn vibes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk or milk alternative (whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk)
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon (1 g) pumpkin pie spice (blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: ground cinnamon or nutmeg for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of cold brew coffee into a tall glass filled halfway with ice cubes. Set aside.
  2. In a blender or mixing bowl, combine ½ cup (120 ml) milk or milk alternative, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup, 2 tablespoons (30 g) pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon (1 g) pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Froth the mixture by blending on high for 30-45 seconds until frothy and slightly thickened, or whisk vigorously with a handheld frother for about 1 minute until bubbles and foam form.
  4. Slowly pour or spoon the maple pumpkin cold foam over the iced cold brew coffee to create a layered effect.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top and add whipped cream if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use cold ingredients to help the foam hold better. Avoid overdoing pumpkin puree to prevent dense foam. Whole milk froths best; oat milk is a good dairy-free alternative. Pour foam slowly over coffee to maintain layers. Foam can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead and whisked again before serving.
